Suitable for short - medium hair anyone wanting a lot of body or flick / someone who would usually use a smaller blowave brush to get close to frizzy roots.
Unfortunately, we don’t all have the coordination to do a proper round-brush blowdry on ourselves (nor do we have the budget for weekly salon appointments). Enter the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser Small Head. This extremely clever tool is a hair dryer and brush in one, allowing you to style as you dry your hair, without that hairdresser skillset. You can expect volume, loose waves, and a generally lush finish, in the privacy of your own home. Bonus: the Hot Tools volumiser is ideal for touching up next-day hair.

Who is the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser Small Head best for?
If you’ve got shorter, finer hair and have previously thought the original Hot Tools hot brush would be too big for you to comfortably use, this is for you. The smaller barrel size means you’ll be able to get right in there on shorter hair.
How should I use the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser Small Head?
Start with clean, towel-dried hair and apply a heat protectant. From there, section your hair and work on the bottom half first. Use the rotating temperature dial to get the best heat and speed for your hair - thick, coarse hair will of course need a bit more. Place the brush under your hair at the root, and brush up and out until you reach the end of each piece. Rotating the brush away from your head as you go will create volume.
Repeat this until your whole lower section is smooth and dry, then move onto your upper half. You may like to brush your front sections up and back, again with the brush underneath, to add a bit of extra movement around your face. Finish with a cool blast for added shine.
You can also use the Hot Tools Black Gold Volumiser to refresh second-day hair.
